I've coordinated social housing repairs for Westminster City Council, allocating work to surveyors and contractors while monitoring planned works, disrepairs, asbestos risks, quotes, timesheets, and schedule-of-rates codes.

I led an automated appointment-reminder project that gives tenants appointment information and supports surveyors attending inspections. I focus on resolving delays, keeping stakeholders informed, and improving project delivery.

At Wates Group, I planned and scheduled multi-trade housing repairs, allocated work to operatives and subcontractors, and managed emergency repairs, extensions of time, and client authorisations.

Previously at Axis Europe, I coordinated gas inspections and repairs for 12–15 engineers across more than 12,500 properties. I'm now looking to bring my repairs operations, budgeting, compliance, and team-support experience into a Repairs Management role in social housing.
