I’m an results-oriented and adaptable professional with a proven track record across banking, eCommerce, business intelligence, and logistics. I’m a strategic leader known for launching programs and initiatives, forging partnerships with major brands, and driving revenue growth.
In my current work as a Strategic Business and Marketing Consultant (eCommerce), I develop and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness and revenue, monitor competitive landscapes, and lead program and category management across online and offline channels. I design KPIs, set SMART goals/targets, and use continuous performance monitoring—plus website evaluation and UAT—to improve customer experience.
Previously, I led global digital commerce initiatives and optimized product listings to drive topline sales across 3rd party eCommerce sites, building brand presence across multiple regions. I’ve also delivered major impact in online spend growth and category rebuilds at Citibank and Lazada, and at Maersk I led Business Intelligence and operations projects using Lean Six Sigma concepts—helping save over $13M through improved data accuracy.
