I’m a results-driven Medical Technology graduate with over 6 years of combined experience across laboratory operations and business administration. I’m known for managing high-volume client communications while keeping daily processes organized and reliable.

In my current role as an Owner / Administrative Manager, I handle end-to-end operations—client inquiries, booking requests, event coordination for up to 300 guests, and vendor communication. I maintain client records, manage reservation schedules, and use Trello and Google Meet to streamline communication.

On the technical side, I perform routine and specialized diagnostic tests with a high degree of accuracy, while monitoring laboratory equipment to minimize downtime. I also collaborate with physicians to communicate critical test results and support prompt clinical decisions.

I bring a practical, compliance-focused mindset, preparing and submitting laboratory licensing and regulatory documents for the Department of Health (DOH) to ensure standards are met. I balance quality patient outcomes with strong documentation, data integrity, and operational reporting.
