I’m an ML Data Associate with experience annotating and labeling voice and text data to strengthen the quality control process and comprehension of Alexa’s responses. I process and transcribe speech data by converting audio recordings into text for further analysis and training of voice recognition models, while reviewing and validating annotated data to ensure accuracy and reliability against predefined guidelines.

Alongside data-focused work, I bring strong administrative and communications strengths from roles in customer service, stakeholder engagement, and operational support. I’ve supported customer inquiries and complaints, troubleshot issues, escalated complex cases, and helped maintain reliable reporting and documentation, bringing a team-oriented approach in both on-site and remote settings.
