At Two Brothers Organic Farm, I manage end-to-end Shopify website technology operations, from storefront and catalogue improvements to UX enhancements and website performance.

I drive CRO through website audits and customer journey analysis, improving conversion touchpoints across homepages, product pages, navigation, mobile experiences, and checkout. I also manage payment, loyalty, logistics, and automation integrations including Razorpay, CCAvenue, PAYU, PayPal, Simpl, Shopflo, Gokwik, Nector, EasyEcom, Odoo, and ClickPost.

I’ve led strategic D2C initiatives including membership, subscription experience, website revamp, and checkout optimization, coordinating business teams, agencies, designers, developers, payment partners, and technology vendors from requirements through launch.

Previously at Growify Digital, I delivered Shopify development and UI/UX implementation for multiple B2B and B2C brands, including Shopdrzya.com, Taruntahiliani.com, Ridhimehra.com, and Meenabazaar.com. My earlier SEO work strengthened my approach to website performance, organic growth, and data-driven customer experience improvements.
