At Emirates NBD Bank, I spearhead recruitment across India and global markets and led an HRMS implementation that automated key workflows. I also develop HR analytics reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making.

I manage onboarding for permanent and contractual employees across geographies, strengthen compliance with labor laws and audit requirements, and support performance management cycles. I also delivered learning and development initiatives in collaboration with RBI, IIBM, and FedAI.

At BNP Paribas (Contract), I managed HR Shared Services operations and resolved employee queries about payroll, benefits, onboarding, and policies. I maintained HR records and supported internal and external audits.
