In my current Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer role, I build personalized email campaigns using Email Studio, Content Builder, and AMPScript. I also design customer journeys with Journey Builder and Automation Studio, using Contact Builder and Data Cloud for audience segmentation.
I develop interactive CloudPages and work on chatbot solutions, Omni-Channel strategies, Agentforce, and Unified Account across Sales Cloud. My work supports personalized, multi-channel customer experiences.
On Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects for real estate clients including Tridasa, IRA, Amberstone, and Gopalan, I worked on customer engagement and personalized communication. I also worked on a Bilseri chatbot for customer categories, one-time orders, and subscription management, with routing to an agent when needed.
