At GLOSSIP by Precious, I communicated with customers about products, orders, pricing, and delivery arrangements. I responded to enquiries, shared product information, and managed orders with attention to accuracy and timely responses.

My customer-facing work also included assisting with routine service needs and handling conversations professionally. I’ve completed customer service and administrative/virtual assistant training through Saylor Academy, and I’m developing practical workplace experience while studying English and Literary Studies at the University of Ilorin.
