At Motive, I architected and shipped the 0-to-1 Coaching Effectiveness Score platform, powering the Performance Hub leaderboard for enterprise fleets across the US and EU. I built an event-driven AWS SQS/Shoryuken fan-out pipeline that scores thousands of coaches daily and owned multi-region rollout across the US, EU, and Canada.
I improve production performance through PostgreSQL read replicas, partitioning, indexing, set-based queries, caching, and eliminating N+1 queries. At Groupon, I reduced page load time by 80%, improved P99 API latency, helped replace a legacy monolith with microservices, and migrated on-premises services to the cloud.
I also build full-stack product experiences with Rails APIs, React, Redux, Elasticsearch, WebSockets, and third-party integrations. I mentor engineers through code reviews and design guidance, and use AI-assisted engineering workflows to accelerate delivery.
