What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Junior System Administrator, IT Support, or IT Infrastructure role.

At Maple DTI, I provided IT support for hardware, software, devices, and user issues. I supported high-profile clients and performed quality checks on laptops, MacBooks, desktops, and related equipment.

I assisted with system and device setup and software configuration, including Microsoft 365 in a user-support environment. I also diagnosed computer problems and guided users through practical solutions.

At Horizon Astronomical Society, I conduct astronomy sessions and train participants in telescope operation and observational astronomy. I also prepare equipment and coordinate field activities and multi-day astronomy tours.
