What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build product operations systems that improve intake quality, release readiness, KPI visibility, and cross-functional execution, while continuing to grow through hands-on product work.

At IBM, I support enterprise Banking & Financial Services platforms where governance, release readiness, and audit-ready documentation are essential. I turn ambiguous stakeholder requests into complete requirements with acceptance criteria and keep teams aligned through a single source of truth.

I owned operational KPIs including SLA adherence, resolution time, and backlog aging, building reporting and leading recurring leadership reviews. Using Jira automation and Excel macros, I automated non-core work and improved SLA adherence by approximately 20%.

For a migration from Informatica PowerCenter to IICS, I coordinated go-live checklists, UAT, cutover status, and follow-up actions across business, engineering, and testing teams. I also used SQL to identify recurring scheduled-job failures and bottlenecks before they reached production.

I also built and launched PawStories, a live AI product using Gemini's multimodal API, Firebase, and Cloud Run. Building it solo taught me to test risky assumptions early and give distribution the same focus as product development.
