I’m a People Operations Analyst with 3.5 years of experience at Accenture, managing the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment coordination and onboarding to resource allocation, L&D support, and offboarding. I’ve supported 600+ employees across 33+ concurrent projects, ensuring seamless HR operations, policy compliance, and a consistently positive employee experience.

In my day-to-day work, I partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, coordinate interview scheduling, and ensure timely fulfillment of open roles. I also own client background verification (BGC) end-to-end and act as a go-to resource for policy-related queries, helping teams maintain consistent adherence across organizational and client-specific requirements.

I strengthen engagement and ramp-up through Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions for new joiners and continuous learning initiatives, while using people metrics, dashboards, and operational status updates to support data-driven workforce decisions. I’m comfortable managing HR workflows using Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook, and I bring an analytical foundation from an MBA in Finance with strong exposure to HR, Talent Management, and People Analytics, supported by CIPD and LinkedIn Learning certifications.
