I’m an HR Operations professional who manages end-to-end employee lifecycle processes—from onboarding and offboarding to HR documentation, employee queries, and maintaining accurate HR records across systems. I focus on compliance and audit-ready documentation, while supporting HR initiatives like performance review cycles and employee engagement activities through organized, detail-driven execution.
In my recent role as an HR Operation Analyst, I partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, managers, and external vendors) to support onboarding, payroll inputs, and day-to-day HR operations, ensuring data integrity and smooth people processes. Previously, I supported administrative and stakeholder-heavy operations at Tata Consultancy Services and led front office and guest service work in hospitality roles, which strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. I’m currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resource Management and I’m eager to bring my people-operations mindset to a role where I can scale reliable HR operations and stakeholder satisfaction.
