At Synoptek, I manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM work across banking, healthcare, corporate, and nonprofit client engagements. I validate customizations and integrations, run API testing, support UAT, and deliver go-live activities.
I've tested EAP, DCP, AML SQL Views, Private Banking, Pershing, SharePoint, ZoomInfo, CRM–EHR, and F&O integrations. My work also includes CRM migration QA, data-import testing, scheduler jobs, release documentation, sprint demos, and resolving client queries.
I take end-to-end ownership of CRM delivery, collaborating with global teams, stakeholders, Marketing, and ServiceNow teams to deliver business-focused solutions on time.
