At Blibli, I manage the B2B HR and Sales Enabler product for five or more business entities, writing requirements and tracking results to grow TPV. I also support the Lead PM across the BlibliTiket product lifecycle, from discovery and requirement gathering to delivery tracking.
I owned CIMB PhishGuard with CIMB Niaga from problem definition to final demo, writing PRDs and user stories for a machine-learning phishing detection product. My consulting work at the Directorate of Innovation and Science Techno Park supported IDR 20B+ in investment approval, and at LingoTalk I led four analysts whose readouts cut executive decision cycles from three weeks to nine days.
