At Concentrix, I manage employee lifecycle transactions in Oracle Fusion HCM, including hires, terminations, rehires, manager and location changes, promotions, and salary updates.
I build and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports that support HR data analysis and decision-making. I also use HCM Data Loader (HDL) to load and update employee data, and write SQL queries to retrieve employee details from HR tables.
I've worked with Core HR, Person Management, and Workforce Structures, creating and maintaining business units, legal entities, departments, jobs, positions, grades, and locations.
