I'm looking for a challenging role in a growth-oriented organization where I can apply my marketing and analytical skills to business development while continuously learning and improving my professional capabilities.

I've developed and delivered a Workforce Analytics and Scheduling solution for GXO, using Power BI and SQL Server to support workforce scheduling, employee flexibility, and headcount planning.

I bring 3+ years of IT experience across Power BI, Excel, SQL Server, and PowerPoint. I build dashboards that integrate HRIS, time-attendance, and demand forecasting data into clear business insights.

I've led requirements gathering, data modelling, stakeholder alignment, KPI definition, and deployment. My work includes optimizing Power BI models with DAX and Power Query, connecting SQL databases, Excel, cloud sources, and APIs, and cleaning and transforming data.

I also implement row-level security, manage report access permissions, ensure reporting accuracy, and support Power BI Service publishing and sharing.
