What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build data-driven HR and business intelligence solutions that improve workforce planning, utilization, productivity, and leadership decision-making.

I'm building workforce analytics and HR reporting at Conduent Business Services, supporting a 3,500-employee HCS workforce with headcount, attrition, utilization, productivity, and capacity-planning data.

I develop Power BI dashboards and SQL-based reporting for skill availability, workforce efficiency, incentives, and performance. I also automate daily HR reporting through Power Automate and built an HR Policy Virtual Assistant using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Previously at Wipro Technologies, I managed enterprise data for training, background verification, sales incentives, and learning-platform utilization. My dashboards gave HR and leadership visibility into skill readiness, onboarding bottlenecks, training effectiveness, operational KPIs, and delivery performance.

I use Power BI, SQL, DAX, Excel, Power Query, Python, and SAP HR tools to turn validated workforce data into actionable leadership insights.
