I’m an Oracle Fusion HCM technical consultant with 12.2 years of IT experience, including 9 years in OBIEE and 3.9 years in Oracle Fusion HCM. My work centers on both technical and functional domains—driving implementation, configuration, up-gradation, production support, and change management with a strong focus on successful delivery.

Across my Human Capital Management projects, I build and optimize reporting using BIP and OTBI, including ad hoc and scheduled outputs in formats such as PDF, Excel, XML, HTML, and CSV. I also support end-to-end integration lifecycle activities—requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support—while resolving tickets and coordinating effectively with clients and Oracle Global Support.

I bring hands-on experience configuring Fusion HCM foundations like Core HR, Absence, workforce modeling, and work structure objects (locations, departments, jobs, and positions). I’ve also implemented Fusion configuration capabilities including Value sets, Lookups, Descriptive Flex Fields (DFF), Extensible Flex Fields (EFF), and Personalization, and I’ve handled data migration using HDL and Spreadsheet Loader—always aiming to execute technical solutions aligned to business requirements.
