I’m looking for a client-facing product strategy role where I can lead AI-enabled roadmaps, align executives and engineering teams, and drive measurable customer adoption using data-driven insights.

I’m a Product Strategy and Customer Success leader with 17+ years of experience partnering with Fortune 500 enterprises to deliver AI-enabled digital transformation initiatives. I translate complex customer needs into executive-ready narratives and scalable product solutions, then drive adoption with a data-driven approach.

In my current role as a Product Strategy Manager at Accenture, I define product strategy and roadmaps for AI-enabled consulting assets and service offerings. I lead cross-functional teams across strategy, design, engineering, and sales, providing governance and quality reviews so offerings align to customer business objectives and executive expectations.

Previously, I owned end-to-end product delivery for Bajaj Finserv Health’s Health Pay QR Code and grew adoption through go-to-market and onboarding initiatives. Earlier at RailYatri, I led product roadmaps across Android, iOS, and Web, including a UX and payments transformation that improved conversion by ~32% and a redesigned web experience that delivered ~3X traffic growth; I also built in-house solutions to save ~25% costs.
