I'm looking to contribute to healthcare interoperability, digital health transformation, patient engagement, and transparent, well-governed clinical data systems.

I've delivered HIS/EMR implementations, clinical workflow improvements, and digital health transformation across NMC Healthcare facilities for more than 13 years.

As a Senior Clinical Application Analyst at NMC Healthcare, I manage concurrent implementation and enhancement projects, translate clinical and business requirements into system changes, and oversee change management, UAT, training, go-live, and audit-ready documentation.

I've led and mentored Business Analysts through scope preparation, requirements gathering, and functional specifications while coordinating IT, clinical, RCM, administrative, and operations teams to maintain patient flow and billing continuity.
