I'm looking to lead healthcare operations and digital transformation where I can improve patient flow, revenue-cycle performance, EMR adoption, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows while building high-performing multidisciplinary teams.

At Ramakrishna Hospital, I directed end-to-end operations for a 39-bed multi-specialty hospital serving 150+ OPD visits daily. I managed 120+ clinical and administrative staff, revenue-cycle operations, patient flow, P&L analysis, and NABH-aligned quality processes.
