What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-focused SaaS role where I can lead onboarding, implementation, training, and adoption while partnering with cross-functional teams to solve customer challenges and improve customer experiences.

At Adobe Systems, I manage end-to-end onboarding for enterprise customers across Adobe Digital Experience solutions, from sales handoff through implementation, training, adoption, and go-live. I coordinate provisioning, admin console configuration, account setup, milestones, risks, and handoffs to Account Management and Customer Success.

I've also supported high-volume international customers at iEnergizer, mentored 20+ new hires, and led customer operations and guest experiences across India. I enjoy translating technical concepts for customers, resolving challenges with cross-functional teams, and improving adoption in fast-paced environments.
