Active community volunteer and contributor for GNOME app help documentation having contributed to multiple technical documentation issues for GNOME User Docs and inbuilt applications like Evince (GNOME Document Viewer).

Lead the implementation of Backstage for unifying internal tooling, services and documentation. Consolidation and structurization of key technical documentation spread across multiple team spaces for easy accessibility, improved contextualization, knowledge base maintenance and improved scalability.

Led a team of technical writers for an Upcoming Studio Game as a Lead Technical Writer. Confluence administrator responsible for managing plugins, integrations and automation with Jira; administering extensions to manage auto-linking of technical content with JIRA tickets; and access control management.

Worked closely with content strategists on triaging requirements while coordinating with global documentation program managers, engineering teams, support, and other stakeholders in a remote work environment. Created and maintain high-quality documentation using minimalization principles and Red Hat & IBM style guides.

Coordinated with technical teams to prepare technical & API documentation to internal teams & key stakeholders. Was responsible for gathering and testing technical data as well as supporting the backlog grooming process. Conducted risk analysis of business-critical workflows.

Worked as a contractor on updating the Endless OS fork of GNOME user docs with the upstream GNOME repository. Customized user documentation for GNOME apps and the GNOME shell to implement Endless OS specific changes. Reviewed existing work done to adjust GNOME documentation to match the Endless OS interface.

Selected as a Technical Writer under the mentorship of Shaun McCance ([email protected]) to create, review and update the 'Update App Help' Project for 'The GNOME Foundation'. Contributed to the documentation style guide and documentation process guide. Identified and addressed content gaps and the need for additional media such as diagrams or videos.

Interned with the Manufacturing Engineering and Operations team at Airbus Broughton as a Data Analyst. Implemented data visualization dashboards using Google Data Studio, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau and Skywise. Developed analytic models upon personnel and workflow data to predict behavioral changes in the manufacturing floor.

Worked as a community contributor on API standardization efforts of Haiku's core APIs and contributed to the Haiku API documentation efforts using Doxygen. Implemented changes to all BURL* & BHTTP* class names across the Operating System's core APIs to make them consistent across Haiku Core as part of the API standardization work.
