I’m looking for a role where I can deploy LLM-powered agents and RAG systems, automate workflows end-to-end, and help teams improve productivity, conversion, and customer support through practical, production-ready AI.

I’m an AI Engineer focused on deploying and customizing LLM-based agents and end-to-end RAG workflows to solve real operational challenges. I move quickly from rapid prototypes and PoCs to production-grade systems using prompt engineering, tool calling, and agent orchestration frameworks.

At Forward Deployed, I built AI-driven automation that streamlined marketing and sales processes—like automated SEO reporting, AI content pipelines, and lead generation/outreach systems—turning manual work into faster, data-driven decision making. Previously at KrispCall, I led initiatives from DID number PoCs to an Azure AI GPT support solution that reduced mean response time by 37%, plus Gen-AI conversation insights extraction for CrispChat.

I bring strong system thinking and project delivery to every build: automation strategy, workflow orchestration, and practical system design across enterprise platforms.
