I’m looking to build reliable agentic AI and RAG-powered automations in teams that value scalable, observable architectures and real-world deployment—spanning FastAPI backends, event-driven systems, and multi-channel support.

I’m an AI Engineer focused on agentic AI systems, AI automations, and RAG pipelines. I build production-ready LLM applications with strong emphasis on orchestration, prompt engineering, and scalable backend workflows.

In my freelance work (2025–present), I design autonomous AI agents that can execute real customer and compliance tasks end-to-end. I develop scalable architectures using FastAPI, PostgreSQL/pgvector, Docker, Kubernetes, and event-driven patterns with Apache Kafka, so solutions are deployable and dependable.

One standout example is my CRM Digital FTE AI Customer Support Agent, where I architected a production-grade autonomous support agent using OpenAI GPT-4o (Agents SDK), FastAPI, and PostgreSQL+pgvector. I implemented a multi-channel pipeline (Email, WhatsApp, Web) with Kafka-based message processing, async connection pooling, cross-channel identity resolution, and sentiment-based routing—plus Kubernetes autoscaling, NGINX ingress, and Prometheus/Grafana observability with strict guardrails across all channels.
