I'm looking for a role where I can use qualitative research, customer data, and client engagement to uncover insights, improve services, and grow my skills in marketing or customer research.

At Marketing Salon, I conducted daily phone and WhatsApp customer engagement, gathering feedback and insights from more than 20 clients each day to support service improvement.

I've organized customer information, researched preferences and trends, and built strong client rapport through empathetic communication.
