What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level Customer Service/Call Support role where I can use my phone/email etiquette, active listening, and documentation skills to solve issues quickly, learn new systems, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a detail-oriented and adaptable graduate with experience supporting operations through administrative and research-focused work. In my role as a Junior Research & Admin Assistant, I handled administrative tasks with attention to detail and stayed professional in structured, fast-paced environments.

I prepared and organized reports, presentations, and internal documentation, and I managed file organization and digital documentation systems efficiently. I also supported communication and coordination for meetings and departmental activities, working independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.

I bring strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and active listening, along with practical digital tools experience. I’m currently pursuing professional learning (including Google IT Support) and I’m seeking an entry-level Customer Service / Call Support role where I can learn quickly, solve problems efficiently, and support customers and teams with confidence.
