In my roles, I conducted desk research, carried out qualitative interviews, and gathered insights from distributors, retailers, and community stakeholders. I’m comfortable managing communications, coordinating documentation, and maintaining accurate records for reporting and follow-ups.

I’ve supported business decision-making by collecting, compiling, and analyzing information for market opportunities and customer trends. I also coordinated application tracking and communications, and I scheduled virtual meetings to keep teams aligned and on track.

I bring strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, AI, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and collaboration tools, along with technical writing and documentation skills.
