I’m a Senior Solutions Analyst with 9.5 years of experience in the lending domain, currently supporting an ICICI Bank Loan Origination System upgrade. I translate stakeholder needs into feasible solutions and define clear documentation for sign-offs.
I work end-to-end on requirements through CRs and product changes, creating Jira stories that align developer execution with client expectations. I also build structured lending artifacts—use cases, GWTs, UDs, and PMDs—and apply analytics thinking to support continuous improvement.
