At Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, I translate banking policy into BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for digital lending products. I've delivered 10+ projects spanning LOS/LMS, AML APIs, CKYC CBS-LOS sync, bureau decisioning, collections, and OTP integrations.
I validate REST and SOAP APIs, trace transaction flows in MSSQL, and take vendor integrations from onboarding through production rollout. I've onboarded Protean, FINO, Surepass, Perfios, and Compass while driving SIT, regression testing, UAT, and formal defect closure.
I also lead release readiness, VAPT remediation, and RBI audit support with clear evidence and impact assessment. Earlier at Tech Mahindra, I gathered telecom analytics requirements and translated them into functional specifications for data engineering teams.
