At Idexcel, I led implementation of private credit lending products on a LOS/LMS platform, from solution design through UAT and production release. I built implementation roadmaps and documented portal-to-LOS-to-LMS workflows in BPMN.
I led implementation of a collateral and Borrowing Base Rule Engine that lets analysts evaluate collateral, monitor exposure, and approve fund disbursement through rules-based, auditable decisions. I also helped connect digital applications and document submissions to underwriting and servicing, replacing manual handoffs.
At Protiviti, I was the primary Business Analyst for ACBS product setups and enhancements. I translated servicing and loan lifecycle issues into requirements, led UAT, and coordinated fixes and production deployments.
Earlier, at New Day India Pvt Ltd and Berkadia, I worked across loan closing and servicing, escrow administration, and financial reporting. Across these roles, I’ve delivered lending solutions spanning private credit and bank-originated products, using SQL for data validation and reporting.
