I manage HR operations end to end—recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and compliance. At AgrosperityTechSolutions, I also designed HR policies and ran HR analytics and reports for management review.

At Sify Technologies Limited, I owned onboarding for new hires across PAN India, including documentation and background verification. I helped ensure pre-offer and post-offer compliance, kept employee records accurate, and improved the onboarding experience using HRMS and onboarding tools.

Earlier, at Perfect Electric and Electronics Pvt. Ltd., I handled the full HR lifecycle from recruitment to exit management. I managed payroll processing, wage registers, payslips, ESIC and EPFO compliances, and supported performance management and employee engagement.

Before that, I worked as an HR Recruiter at BOOMSMANAGEMENT CONSULTING, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for MNC and corporate clients across PAN India. I coordinated with stakeholders, screened candidates, handled negotiations, and maintained daily and weekly recruitment reports.
