I'm looking to lead HR transformation and multi-country HCM or payroll programs where I can combine solution architecture, stakeholder advisory, implementation leadership, and emerging AI or RPA use cases.

I lead HR transformation programs at Accenture Malaysia, advising C-suite HR leaders on future-ready employee experiences, operating models, HCM platforms, and AI-driven HR solutions.
