What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead AI-enabled technical recruitment, build high-performing talent pipelines, partner with business leaders, and improve hiring outcomes through analytics, automation, and strong candidate experiences.

At ValueLabs, I lead a team of 3–4 recruiters and manage end-to-end technical hiring operations for clients and vendors. I partner with C-suite stakeholders and business leaders to set hiring metrics, milestones, and weekly pipeline plans.

I use AI-powered screening through AIDE, along with Scout and Jobvite, to accelerate candidate matching, manage workflows, and improve time-to-hire. My work spans passive sourcing, direct headhunting, offer management, recruitment analytics, employer branding, and virtual talent drives.

Previously, I delivered full-cycle hiring for enterprise clients including Sapient, Global Logic, HCL, Infosys, Oracle, Fiserv, HDFC, and IndusInd Bank. I’ve also built recruitment dashboards, strengthened referral pipelines, and earned recognition including Star of the Month and Employee of the Month.
