I am a senior, 360-degree technical recruiter with over 10 years of experience partnering with startups and corporations to hire software engineers, data engineers, engineering managers and agile coaches. I specialize in domain recruiting, designing and executing comprehensive recruiting strategies, coaching interviewers, and scaling recruiting teams to meet business objectives.

At Flix SE I led domain recruitment for Network Planning, Platform Business & Finance, expanded my team from 5 to 10, and developed mid-level recruiters while using ATS analytics to drive performance.
