I’m a backend engineer specializing in search systems and data infrastructure, with a strong focus on database performance optimization. I’ve designed and optimized Elasticsearch and Typesense-based search systems and built reliable data synchronization pipelines, delivering over 90% reduction in query latency and over 70% reduction in CPU usage through execution plan analysis, query restructuring, and database-level optimization.

In recent roles, I’ve architected zero-downtime search rebuilds and synchronization between PlanetScale (MySQL) and Typesense using dual-mode sync and blue-green switching, and built Node.js (TypeScript) RPC service layers to power search and content services.
