I am a customer care specialist and photographer with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a certificate in Psychopathology, blending clinical empathy with creative practice. My background gives me a strong foundation in health, mental well-being, and client-focused service.

I have over five years as an Artistic Consultant and Producer at Archlab10 and I currently manage digital presence and content strategy as a Social Media Marketing Specialist, while also overseeing retail and communications operations at a boutique. In these roles I create content, run campaigns, manage accounts end-to-end, and coordinate client relations.

As a certified nurse I practiced in a cardiothoracic surgical unit, where I handled medication administration, airway care through tracheostomy suction, catheterization, wound care, blood sampling, and care for isolated patients—skills that reinforce my attention to detail and calm under pressure.

I bring practical skills in photography, graphic design, video editing, copywriting, and content scheduling, and I enjoy work that combines creativity, service, and strategy.
