I’m a Senior Analyst currently working with SitusAMC since 7th October 2021, focusing on QM and Non-QM loans and Non-QM DSCR loans. I verify US mortgage documentation across items such as 1003/1004 appraisals, AUS, approval, closing disclosures, and HOI documents, along with borrower eligibility and borrower data validation.

Before SitusAMC, I worked at Verity Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Sr. Process Associate from 12th March 2020 to 5th October 2021, supporting multi clients on request from the department manager. I trained new joiners across processes, performed auditing for quality control, shared process-related updates, and helped SMEs and other teams solve queries (including tasks like investor portal updates and attendance reporting).

Earlier, I was a Sr. Associate at Altisource from 23rd April 2015 to 12th March 2020, supporting multiple reports simultaneously across multiple clients. I handled mortgage insurance processing by verifying and updating customer data received through declarations and invoices, and I provided floor support for new joiners; I also worked as a Back Office Associate in SITEL for 14 months on the car loan process, updating customer information and providing floor support for a few months. I bring strong process control and process validation, auditing and quality control, and the ability to absorb process knowledge from client mails, SOPs, and client checklists to make processes easier.
