I’m a detail-oriented and experienced mortgage operations professional with over 15 years in appraisal support, appraiser approval, QC, and credit audit. I’ve supported US clients as a backend team member, while also owning accuracy, compliance, and turnaround performance.

At Envoy Mortgage Pvt Ltd (Hexaware), I manage a team of 4–5 associates and keep production running at 100% efficiency and quality across all queues. I ensure SLA and turnaround time compliance while meeting client expectations, and I prepare operational reports including TAT, invoice, inventory, and investor updates.

I strengthen every loan file through tax transcript processing, credit audit support, and appraisal operations. I order borrower tax returns, SSA documents, and W-9 forms via Data Verify, maintain checklists for loan closing audits, and coordinate timely document processing by entering data into the Envoy application.

My work also covers appraiser approval and regulatory compliance—collecting and verifying required documents, adding approved appraisers with correct branch codes, and coordinating renewal of E&O insurance and state licenses. I verify credentials through ASC and FHA websites for compliance, provide floor support and training for new associates, and previously led quality analysis work at Cognizant Global Services Pvt Ltd.
