I seek a senior risk or compliance role in banking where I can reduce fraud, strengthen controls, mentor teams, and drive process improvements in a collaborative, compliance-focused culture.

I am an experienced Operational Risk Analyst with over 17 years in banking, focused on fraud prevention, compliance, risk assessments and process improvement. I have developed risk frameworks, monitored key risk indicators, led root-cause incident analysis and reported periodically to senior management and risk committees.

Previously I supervised branch operations, coached teams, handled complex teller and credit tasks, and managed AML, chargeback and regulatory reporting functions. I hold a degree in Business Management (Financial Risk Management), multiple Moody’s and SBM certifications, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking regulations.
