What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build my career in an organisation where I can shoulder my responsibilities, work effectively, and further develop my analytical skills in a fast-paced environment—delivering with honesty, passion, and extra effort to achieve goals.

I’m a Business Statistics with Finance degree holder from the University of Mauritius, and I’m building my career in credit and financial risk. I’m driven by the idea of giving the best of myself—strengthening my analytical skills while contributing to better decisions for the organization.

Since August 2022, I’ve worked as a Credit risk analyst at DHL Global Forwarding, where I handle daily customer account onboarding and analyze companies’ financial statements to support credit decisions. I manage credit limits to minimize risk exposure, log credit requests with risk analysis for approval following the approval matrix, and monitor limits periodically while preparing regular customer exposure reports.

I also analyze overdue, overtrading, and bad debt, and I collaborate closely with teams and 32 different countries to provide weekly reports during the debtor review meeting and to follow up on maintenance requests for quick resolution. Earlier roles in administration, surveying, sales, and family business bookkeeping strengthened my accuracy, communication, and proactive, fast-pace mindset.
