I’m looking for a leadership role in P&C insurance operations where I can run renewal and policy lifecycle workflows end-to-end, improve process efficiency through data-driven analysis, and strengthen stakeholder coordination to elevate customer experience.

I’m a senior insurance operations professional with 12+ years of experience in Property& Casualty (P&C) insurance, including 4 years in leadership roles managing teams of up to 35 members. I lead end-to-end policy lifecycle services, renewal operations, and branch/service support—serving as the primary point of contact for escalations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

I focus on process efficiency and stakeholder management, collaborating with Client Service Managers (CSMs), producers, and sales teams to deliver high-quality customer experience. I proactively manage pre- and post-renewal activities, monitor workflows and SLAs, resolve client and internal queries, and drive process improvement through coaching, performance tracking, and offshoring/transition of time-consuming tasks.
