I’m looking for an HR leadership role where I can own end-to-end talent acquisition, strengthen employee engagement, and handle employee relations with clear, policy-aligned processes—while driving Learning & Development and long-term workforce planning.

I am a strategic, results-driven HR professional with progressive experience across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations. In my current role as HR Manager at Xtreme Productivity Pvt.Ltd., I lead end-to-end recruitment, drive engagement initiatives to strengthen culture and retention, manage employee grievances with a people-first, policy-aligned approach, and streamline HR policies, procedures, and organizational frameworks.
