What I'm looking for

I’m adaptable across HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and HRBP-style roles, and am comfortable taking high ownership in a lean team.

At Vikasietum Technology, I manage recruitment across IT, Non-IT, and Gaming, along with the employee lifecycle from pre-onboarding through exit. I also serve as the primary HR contact for leadership and report directly to the CEO.

I co-designed and deployed a ChatGPT-powered HR assistant to automate repetitive queries and standardize team communication. I also co-built an Excel appraisal tool that generates appraisal annexures from percentage inputs, eliminating manual calculation.

I administer GreytHR and coordinate recruitment, compliance, compensation, and employee engagement. I’m comfortable working across HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and HR Generalist responsibilities in a technology environment.
