I collaborate on founder stories, company profiles, public-relations narratives, KRA/KPI tracking, and data-driven dashboards that support executive decision-making.

I’ve helped build operational infrastructure by drafting SOPs for corporate head office and retail stores, coordinating retail launches, town halls, and corporate events, and managing cross-functional timelines. I also vet vendors, negotiate contracts, and improve procurement and service-delivery timelines.

Earlier, I managed government tendering through GeM and CPPP, prepared RFPs, quotations, and compliance documentation, and liaised between technical teams and government authorities. My approach is grounded in clear communication, steady support, consistent execution, and careful handling of confidential information.
