At Aberdeen Property Leasing, I lead the day-to-day operation of a three-person inventory team, planning workloads and adjusting schedules to meet client deadlines and changing requirements.
I line manage two team members, supporting their onboarding, training and performance. I also handle escalated inventory report queries and disputes by reviewing evidence and determining appropriate responses.
Alongside those responsibilities, I carry out property inspections and produce detailed inventory and check-out reports. I develop report templates in InventoryBase and work with other departments to improve reporting processes and workflows.
Before becoming Senior Inventory Clerk / Team Lead, I completed residential property inventories and inspections as an Inventory Clerk at Aberdeen Property Leasing. My earlier experience includes restaurant and kitchen operations, progressing from Kitchen Porter to Head Chef at The Illicit Still.
