I launched A&K Soap, a small-batch handmade natural soap start-up, remotely from Moscow alongside two jobs. I created a build-your-own-soap concept where customers choose the base, scent, and effect.

At A&K Soap, I pitched local beauty salons through cold outreach to pursue B2B partnerships and grew the brand’s Instagram organically to nearly 1,000 followers. I also managed cross-border packaging orders from Chinese wholesale suppliers to optimize unit costs.

At Rockets Coffee Roasters, I managed daily café operations and staff shifts during the summer season. I coordinated workloads during peak hours and handled guest feedback and complaints.

At Nebo Trampoline Park, I was promoted from event host to assistant manager within one season. I assigned and coordinated staff across concurrent children’s events and resolved parent complaints while continuing to host events.
