What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead end-to-end HR operations, compliance, employee experience, and regional talent acquisition, while partnering cross-functionally to improve workflows, employee well-being, and business outcomes.

I'm leading HR operations at OMISE Management (Thailand), overseeing payroll, total rewards, immigration compliance, HR SOPs, and the employee lifecycle.

I partner with Finance, Legal, and IT to maintain audit-ready processes, competitive benefits, and streamlined employee workflows. I also supervise GMO and C&B specialists and manage BOI/IBC visas, work permits, and 90-day reporting.

Previously at Mintel Thailand, I led HR and talent acquisition across Thailand and APAC, supporting recruitment in Singapore, Malaysia, India, and the Philippines through Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter. I localized policies for Thai labor law, digitized onboarding, and supported performance management, benefits, and employee well-being initiatives.

My earlier experience spans people and culture, employee relations, training, recruitment, payroll, and high-volume hiring. At Siam Takashimaya, I helped achieve 92% of budgeted headcount before the store opening.
