What I'm looking for

I seek a mid-level HR role where I can improve HR systems, streamline operations, support employees, and apply data-informed HR practices.

I am an HR professional with hands-on experience across HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and HR data management. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Data Science from Chiang Mai University and leverage data-aware practices to improve HR workflows.

In my recent roles I developed and maintained employee databases, supported payroll and benefits administration, coordinated welfare and labor-related activities, and improved HR system efficiency to simplify workflows and increase operational effectiveness.

I also have experience consulting for foreign employees on visa processes, coordinating with external organizations, and using tools like Microsoft Office, SPSS, Slack, Zoom, Canva, and ChatGPT to support HR tasks. I prioritize learning, continuous improvement, and practical application of both soft and technical skills.
